If Premier Pro Keeps Freezing, Best To Clear Media Cache

How to :

 Mac:

Go to Premiere Pro (top-left menu) > Preferences > Media Cache.
In the Media Cache window:

Click Delete next to Media Cache Files.
Choose:

Delete unused media cache files (recommended).
Or Delete all media cache files (for a full reset).
Click OK and restart Premiere Pro if needed.
