This smoothness setting is going to make the biggest difference in quality of the stabilization that you are getting from warp stabilizer.
Please do not leave it at 50%

Simple rules for how he changes his smoothness settings-
-First off, 50% is way too high - it introduces 'jello'
-The maximum I would set my warp stabilizer to is 20%

Go to Warp Stabilizer in Effect Controls >right click
>save as preset, then the next time go to >Effect Panel >Presets
>click and drag it over to my clip
-20% usually looks great on gimbal shots
-If it looks weird w a bit of jello in shots or areas, drop 20% lower
>He recommends taking it down to 5%
He recommend saving that preset as well
If it still doesn't look natural, he recommends going to 1%
-The most common amount of warp stabilizer is 1%
He has a 3 presets saved - 20%, 5% & 1% , he just drags them into the clips
90% of the time, he's just grabbing one of these 3 presets
